钖义山（又名天心山）是我国古代著名仙山,《华阳国志》、《水经注》、《元和郡县图志》、《新唐书》、《太平寰宇记》、《舆地纪胜》、《元丰九域志》、《读史方舆纪要》、《清史稿》等经典及《郧台志》、《郧阳府志》皆有记载。经查我国著名历史地理学者谭其骧教授主编的《中国历史地理地图册》,又经实地考证,确定该山就是湖北郧西羊尾山。蒙尘千年的仙山,终于重光人世。  相似文献   

南方山区县域可持续发展水平测度研究——以湖南省桃源县为例

在阐述南方山区县域特征的基础上,依据可持续发展理论,建立了一套南方山区县域可持续发展水平测度指标体系,并以湖南省桃源县为案例,运用定性和定量（层次分析法）相结合方法确定指标权重及构建了可持续发展水平测度模型,并对桃源县进行定量测度。根据测度结果及原始数据分别分析了经济水平、社会水平、资源环境支撑能力的可持续发展趋势,挖掘出了桃源县可持续发展状态下的主要制约因子为经济的高速发展造成资源环境支撑能力的减弱。针对该制约因子,提出了桃源县发展新型工业、打造现代农业和推进生态旅游业的可持续发展的对策。  相似文献

血必净在急性有机磷农药中毒中的应用

目的观察血必净注射液在治疗急性有机磷农药中毒时的疗效。方法将82例急性有机磷农药中毒患者随机分为血必净治疗组（40例）与对照组（42例）,在正规使用阿托品及胆碱酯酶复能剂治疗的基础上,治疗组加用血必净100ml静脉点滴,每天一次,共3天,50ml静脉点滴,每天一次,共4天,总疗程一周。观察治疗过程中两组间全血胆碱酯酶及C反应蛋白差别,统计平均住院时间及死亡率。结果治疗前后,血必净治疗组及对照组的全血胆碱酯酶均有恢复,且治疗组较对照组恢复速度快（P〈O．05）。在C反应蛋白水平治疗后第3、4天数值较前均有所改善（P〈0．05）,治疗组改善更著（P〈O．05）。治疗组平均住院时间明显少于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论血必净注射液能有效促进血胆碱酯酶恢复,较好调控机体炎症反应过程,改善SIRS症状,缩短住院时间,取得满意的疗效。  相似文献   

急性亚极量运动24h后机体血清免疫抑制蛋白的变化

探讨急性亚极量运动诱发机体免疫抑制蛋白(Immune Suppressive Protein of Stress,ISPS)出现的最短时间。方法:以北京体育大学研究生院8名健康学生为研究对象,实施急性亚极量强度跑台运动,受试者分别于运动前、运动后24 h无菌采集静脉血进行指标测定。结果发现,急性亚极量运动后24 h机体内ISPS水平升高,证实在急性运动后短至24 hISPS就能在人体内被诱导出现。结论:与运动前相比,急性亚极量运动应激24 h后,受试者血清对正常小鼠ConA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖具有明显的抑制作用,是血清中ISPS蛋白水平升高引起。  相似文献

During the development and progression of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP), conspicuous immune dysregulation develops, which is mainly manifested as excessive immune response in the early stage and immunosuppression in the late stage.This process involves complex changes in a variety of immune molecules and cells, such as cytokines, complements, lymphocytes,and leukocytes. With the gradual deepening of studies on the development and progression of SAP, the role of immune dysregulation in the pathogenesis of SAP has attracted more and more attention. In this article, we review the advances in research on the immune dysregulation in SAP and the immunotherapy of this disease through exploring the formation of excessive immune response and immune suppression as well as their mutual transformation.  相似文献

Agreement between Polar and SRM mobile ergometer systems during laboratory-based high-intensity,intermittent cycling activity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess the agreement between two mobile cycle ergometer systems for recording high-intensity, intermittent power output. Twelve trained male cyclists (age 31.4 ± 9.8 years) performed a single 3 min intermittent cycle test consisting of 12 all-out efforts, separated by periods of passive recovery ranging from 5 to 15 s. Power output was recorded using a Polar S710 heart rate monitor and power sensor kit and an SRM Powercrank system for each test. The SRM used torque and angular velocity to calculate power, while the S710 used chain speed and vibration to calculate power. Significant differences (P < 0.05) in power were found at 8 of the 12 efforts. A significant difference (P = 0.001) was also found when power was averaged over all 12 intervals. Mean power was 556 ± 102 W and 446 ± 61 W for the SRM and S710 respectively. The S710 underestimated power by an average of 23% with random errors of ?/÷ 24% when compared with the SRM. Random errors ranged from 36% to 141% with a median of 51%. The results indicate there was little agreement between the two systems and that the Polar S710 did not provide a valid measure of power during intermittent cycling activity when compared with the SRM. Power recorded by the S710 system was influenced greatly by chain vibration and sampling rates.  相似文献
